Lead complex projects of diverse scope to manage partnerships. Resolve complex problems related to partnerships. Implement initiatives resulting in global process improvements. Determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Understand and influence business trends impacting partnerships. Drive new business development by prospecting and closing SaaS platform partners seeking to embed payments, credit, and other financial services. Partner with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure a seamless partner onboarding and go-to-market process. Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner activation and adoption campaigns. Meet and exceed quota targets for revenue growth and new partner acquisition. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree 5-7 years' experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments. Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics. Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.
